Only thing I don't really like about 720p things get really huge on the screen. My 26" sony goes to 1080i. I suppose there is ways around this. Changing ui size or something. I know some games have the option and I think windows 8.1 might have an option.

Even if it was possible. The kind of pc one would need to emulate a 360 or ps3 would cost so much. One would just be far better off buying a 360 or the GTA V ps3 bundle.

I like my wired 360 pad above all but I've got a logitech f710 that I use its wireless and it uses a nano usb device but It doesn't work that great at a distance. but It does have a extension thing I haven't tried yet. I did have some driver issues but I just upgraded the drivers with the xbox 360 pad drivers seems to work better that way.

I would really have a wireless xbox 360 controller to use with my pc but I do not like the wireless adapter that you have to use with the xbox 360 wireless controller.

I've been thinking about getting a ps3 controller but It just feels like to much of hassle to get working so I'll just stick Logitech f710 :)

You can also consider a msi gx 70 It has a Amd Radeon 8970m for the GPU but a Amd A10-6750m for a cpu.

I got mine in october I'm pretty happy with I like to stream skyrim on it on twitch.tv for time to time While it can't play games on the highest settings it still does pretty good in my opionio but If had the money I would of went for msi's GT 70 since That's got an I say I7 and a gtx 780m But the msi gx 70 was only $1150 so I went with it. One of these days I'm gonna get around to making a video for review for the laptop.

Edit: I was just thinking she might not like 17" laptop so u could go with the msi gx 60 instead since its pretty much the same thing but its 15.6" screen

Planing to build a new desktop in jan with a non-ref 290 when it comes out. Until then I'll get by on my msi gx 70 :)
