@Ovirew Exactly. Senior year in high school (2003) a group of us threw a bonfire party at the beach. A buddy of mine walked towards the ocean (where it was pitch black) to take a leak. He got busted by a police truck nearby that flashed his lights on him.

This IS a touchy, complex issue, but I think the slippery slope is apparent to everyone, and I am leaning towards the thought that all of this is a bad idea.
