I'm gay and I vote conservative. I just agree with the what the Republican party is supposed to stand for more than I do with the Democrats. But of course I disagree with my party on gay marriage and the death penalty.

I usually don't talk politics with gay people because they just look at me like I'm some kind of traitor. :?

I'm a rare breed.

And while we're at it, why doesn't Mitt release all his emails while Governor? Oh that's right!!! He payed the big bucks to have them all destroyed. I wonder why???? I guess he's not into transparency.

I can't wait to watch the Republican party go down in flames with Romney, and I say that as a Republican. All the Democrats need to do is run one single ad during the general against Romney to make him seem like an out of touch rich guy, and he's done. And the best part about it is that Romney has provided them the material with his own words. Between his "Corporations are people too", "I like to fire people" (granted this is out of context), "I'm not concerned about the very poor" (again out of context), his $10,000 dollar bet with Perry during the debate, and now "My wife drives a couple of cadillacs", Romney is sure to connect with the middle class.

[QUOTE="DevilMightCry"] Lol, fail.DevilMightCry

How exactly?

Because he never said that. And even if he did, racism has nothing to with it.

DevilMightCry is right. Newt has never specifically referenced black people in relationship to food stamps. It's the media that has equated the two, so I think that tells you something about the people in the media, and that is they like to race bait.

Looks like Willard has stepped in it again by saying "I'm not concerned about the very poor". Granted this is taken completely out of context, but couple that with "I like to fire people", which is also out of context, and you get a very effective and devastating attack ad against Romney.

Obama's reelection chances are improving by the day.

I've gotten to the point where I want Mitt to win (can't stand him) just so I can watch Obama and the left rip him to shreds. And then while his poll numbers drop, I'll get to sit there and laugh at all the Republicans that thought he was electable with his flip flops, romneycare, his state was 47th in job creation while Governor. He's like the recipe for conservatives staying home.

I can just picture how the debate will go now.

Romney: I created 100,000 jobs in my time at Bain Capital Barack.

Obama: I think it's great you created 100,000 minimum wage jobs Willard, but can you prove it, and you gutted pension funds, closed down plants and sent the good paying jobs to China and Mexico. Annnnnd when you were governor, your state was 47th in job creation.

Romney: Bbbbu...bbbbu but but...

Obama: Calm down Willard. It's my turn to speak. I saved us from a near depression you Republicans left us with, and since then, I have created millions of jobs....blah blah blah blah (whatever)

Romney: But you did the same thing at GM Barack!!!

Obama: Stop being a hypocrite Willard. You didn't want to bailout GM at all and wanted to see all those workers lose good paying jobs just like you sent the good paying ones to China and Mexico after you raided their pensions and such Willard.

Romney: Stop picking on me Barack!

Obama: Willard, you claim your business experience means you know how to create an enviornment for job creation, yet MA was 47th under you.

Romney: I inherited a bad situation Barack. I also had to work with the opposition party opposing me.

Obama: ***big smile*** Thanks for making my case Willard.

Romney: eh uh bu er I ah uh....

Obama: You said yourself the economy is improving to Laura Ingraham, Willard.

Romney: Anderson? Anderson?

Obama: And I'm sure with another term, you could have done better with job creatioin in MA Willard, how come you didn't run again???

Romney: em? What was the question again.

Obama: Was it because you had an approval rating of 30%, one of the lowest of any sitting Governor and knew you would lose?

Romney: Ahem!! Well how about that Obamacare. We should repeal it, and that the first thing I'd do as President.

Obama: Well Willard, we got the blueprint for Obamacare from your plan Romneycare in MA. You even stated in a debate back in 2008 that you liked mandates, and those are in your healthcare plan. Three of your advisors even met with the whitehouse to help draft Obamacare. One of your top advisors even said that you won't repeal Obamacare (I can get links to this if yall want).

Romney: I have no words.

Obama: Of course you don't because if you did, it would end up being a flip flop.

Well I think Obama will win considering the horrible crop of candidates my party decided to run. And I find it amazing that the front runner is the guy who paved the way for Obamacare. Hell 3 of Romney's own advisors met with the White House to help craft Obamacare. I predict the base will not turn out for Romney just like they didn't with McCain. But it looks like it will be Obama (Big Government) vs Romney (Big Business). The media and the establishments can tell me all day long that these two are the only ones worthy of the Presidency, but I refuse to believe that. Putting donut sprinkles on a turd doesn't make me want to take a bite, and Obama and Romney are both turds.
