I honestly hope this leads to the death of modern movie theaters. I would rather pay $20 to see a new release movie from the comfort of my home than pay $12 to see it in a theater, where I get price gouged for snacks and have to deal with other people. I'm sick of this culture where you either wait for a big new release movie to come out on demand and risk hearing spoilers from literally everyone else who's seen it (remember the 2 week spoiler rule from Endgame?), or you suck it up and deal with the usually awful experience of going to a theater.
Other than the movie apparently being garbage, I didn't even know about it until a month ago. Pretty bad marketing for a movie that needed all the help it could get.
