I have to agree with the PC dude but also ...... unless this was improperly done then PS3 is dropping some balls. I mean look at the force unleashed ... it looks like crap!
In response to jackfatal ....... WHAT? The reason objects might look more "rounded" on console shooters or consoles in general is because often the resolutions are much lower. Look closely at the wheel on the XBOX photo of th HOG and you will notice the jaggy edges from low resolutions. Increase the resolution and you get the straight lines (with AA and AF too!) The problem is not how PCs handle games it is that you are using low end geometry on high end systems.... Look at some of the high end games (ie. not CS, CS Source, Halo etc.) on the PC and you will notice the "artificial" straight line look is not real a problem. Granted this is not a blanket statement but it works in many cases !
Yeah it pretty much seems to me like the biggest differences are between High/Medium and Low. High and Mid settings look ALMOST identical! Secondly, I don't think my first thought playing this game was WOW I can't wait to see those graphics... I think it was more like why I can't way to obliterate someone. Graphics are definately second if not third in line on my list of importance for this game. That might not be everyones take but thats the way I feel.
