Well like everything, it depends on how much time you spend on it. I you play like 4 hours a day ... then okay, the rest of your life might suffer. But this is not specific to video games I guess: There are people playing too much Golf, reading in their room, partying with there friends the whole night and becoming zombies during the day ...

So as long as you reasonably play, you only "sacrifice" money I guess :)

I was severly disapointed by the game in fact :(

The story is great, graphics are INCREDIBLE but ... the game itself reaaaally feel repetitive ...

This console war is sterile and I won't enter those kind of discussion.

I was a hardcore PC fan when I have discovered the MGS-2 (then MGS_3 ; Snake Eater is good, sooo damn good ...).And I bought a PS2 just for that. Now I'm an XBOX-360 owner because SONY failed to deliver on time, with good pricing and content ...

But I am pretty sure that Konami will deliver a good game with MGS-4.

I wouldn't understimate then... oh and if they can do a port on the XBOX 360 ? Then having compressed videos or 4 discs is not a blocking factor I thing... After all, the difference between comrpessed and uncompressed isn't that obvious (it is a videogames guys, not a movie). For now I can hardly feel the difference between 1080p and 1080i, so between compressed and uncompressed .... that is no real issue.
