My gpu used to work at 77C but now it overheats and goes over 100C

My cpu used to work at 60C, now it sees 75C ?

What could have caused the gpu and cpu to increase the temps this much?

The only change i made to pc is to add 3x4gb ram sticks.

I have a 600w ocz stealthstream (2.5 year old) i suspect its about die. Could a dying psu result in these temperatures?

i took of the side panel and there was zero difference in the temps , the top of the gpu becomes crazy hot , while others are not that hot. so i guess this crosses the case airflow possbility. my final question will be: Does a PSU have any effect on the GPU temperature?

My gtx 560 used to run around 77C at full load as far as i remember.. but now it hits 100C mark and pc shuts down. ( when it works %100 all the time)

What would fix this problem?

-Does PSU has any effect on temperatures, Does it take the heat inside to outside? If so maybe psu isn't doing its job?

No offense to the maker, but why? It really doesn't look all that great. Nice idea though. Oh and is your character a midget?

dont worry i'm open to critism as long as there are no curse words. After doing all this in 3 monrhs im sure i can increase the height of the camera , all the objects are scaled correctly to their real life sizes. as far looking not that great. It will be an indie title priced around $5 and 10 ( will decide price when product is finalized). I'm just showing video to get some attention and maybe a bit of support. The gameplay, graphics are all work in progress they will improve. Ithe game is not even at alpha stage.
