NacresErut the 2900 xt has 320 stream processing units while the gforce 8800 priced for double has only about 200 more mb of memory and only 120ish stream processing units? This thing is like a deal from heaven And the 8800 is only slightly slower... doesn't seem like a giant performance gain to me.
DoE-bOi you do know that the PC got OBLIVION as will have it when it launches... you seem like a M$ fanboy... graphics wise? have you seen some of the games on X360? most of them are a joke and I can get better graphics out of my GeForce6600GT with better fps to boot. I've seen the 360 bog down so much in certain games... cough *Saints Row* *Quake 4^ cough. Personally I am not in favor of the X360 or PS3, both have good and bad points. I'll decide when some REAL games start being released, because as everyone knows specs don't make a console, games do. Anyone can cram all of these multimedia functions in a console and say its superior to another but when it comes down to it, it is a console and if it doesn't have the games to back it up... say goodbye. Just look at what happened to the gamecube, very few good games = third place.
