I would have to say guitar hero 3 only because to fully enjoy rockband its like 200 bucks and its better just to get guitar hero.
No Im pretty sure its not unless you mod the xbox and delete the file that games and acheivments are under.
I rented it and got to the end in three days and I was only playing like two hours a day the missions were annoying and most of the time had no point and just wasent a good game.
