You can do that or buy a ethernet cable than you have to sign up for xbox live credit card all your info and you should be good.
I dont know why you were disapointed with halo 2 that game was amazing the only way I wouldnt like that game is if I didnt have xbox live.
I wouldnt play it if I were you a message just went out that people who played the game early would get banned from xbox live.
I would would have to little kids or people who use lame tactics to win like running away the using the pistol.
I liked all the older tony hawks but ever since they came out with project 8 its been downhill but with skate even though its a starter title for that genra it plays really good.
