Looking at your number of posts and level I think you know what to do.

Make sure the 360 has plenty of room to breathe, keep it distanced from other electric sources that generate heat. Vertical is better. Fans don't work (although I probably would put a fan near the unit to help circulate surrounding air).

Does it only do that on certain games? How long of play?

That would be pretty bada**. But I think they should just back an actual zombie game like that in sandbox enviroment. And do it right (not like another Dead Rising).
