I like them the same exept mabey a little more leanded tward oblivion because of sidequest and the ability to play after you beat main quest

This is my idea of the storyline of the metriod prime series: (You probably shouldnt read this if you havent beaten all of the three metiod prime games)

Long before samus the chozo landed on and settled Tallon V. But after awhile, during samus' time, a Leviathan seed lands on Tallon (in the game it is called "impact Crater". Thinking it was holy, sent from their ancestors, they built a temple around it. The the eyeball looking thing you see every time you destroy a seed in MP3 is bascily a baby Metriod prime (the giant spider thing in MP1). The origin of space pirates is not sure but once they found this planet they began mining it for Phazon. Samus lands and near the end she finds the Phazon suit. once entrance is granted to the "Impact Crater" Metriod Prime is defeated and its entity takes away and absorbs Samus' Phzon suit, (this part is the backbone to my theory) THE SUIT IS FILLED WITH THE ENERGY OF METRIOD PRIME AND BECOMES DARK SAMUS!! :shock: Dark samus flees to the location of MP2.(This next part is the only real flaw in my theory) Either the Dark energy on Ather is under developed or hyperdevoled Phazon or its something else entirely, whatever the case samus lands on Ather, Kicks Ass and leaves, Dark Samus becomes more powerful though absorbing the phazon on Ather. The Home planet of Phazon sends seeds to multiple planets. Samus destroys them all(this next part was thought of WHILE i was writing this) I think that the arora units are kind of like Mother Brian in the original game.Samus is finally destroyed in the final battle of MP3 OR IS SHE
