I did, Bayonetta has difficulty settings, same as most games that aren't challenging mechanically but through lazy changes like increasing/decreasing health, damage output from enemies. Mario3D World is not challenging whatsoever, Donkey Kong TF is the only challenging game from those that you mentioned.

Consoles filled up exactly what I wanted from them. I got a PC when I wanted to do something I couldn't do, player shooters, a genre I had no interest in before Overwatch.

The WiiU is the only Nintendo console to not receive a new Zelda game in its life time. I've never felt so dissatisfied with a console I bought as much as the WiiU.

Watch his video again, it was never cut. The game was made in mind with a sequel, they didn't cut a larger game to sell them separately at increased price. That's disingenuous of you, but you're used to that. Both Mankind Divided, and its sequel were being developed at the same time, simultaneously in parallel in 2015 by different teams.
