I think the Wii graphics are slightly better. But only slightly. People say things like Double Dash looks better just because they were expecting a huge improvement in graphics because of the jump to the next gen console; and it certainly wasn't a huge jump.
I never had too many issues with the Zelda series (although I'm sure I must have consulted a guide for Ocarina; I was pretty young when I first played it). The series I almost constantly need to use a guide for is Final Fantasy; I never seem to know where to go or what to do. I love that series wholeheartedly, but I always have a guide handy. :)
Gotta side with cel-shaded. I absolutely adored Twilight Princess's art direction, but in the end the cartoony feeling just makes me happy. It's kitsch and I love it!
