I felt that Infinite had a bit too much combat. Too many waves of enemies and forgot why I was killing who I was. Naturally I'm going to pass on Clash in the Clouds. Though I'm excited about Burial at Sea. I hope the story is good.

Just be a normal ninja with no connection to the Brotherhood. Though that isn't saying that a Brotherhood Assassin couldn't show up later.

They are the only ones fighting the Templars now.

There is no reason why separate assassin groups from other countries couldn't have merged over the years.

It would be interesting having a Creed Assassin meets the ninjas on a visit to Japan . As the say, "The enemy of my enemy is my friend."

Not every assassin group needs to descend from Altair. Having Templars and a Piece of Eden would be enough of a connection.

I have no interest in a present day setting but would be all over feudal Japan.

The player would be a member of the Iga or Koga clans. At some point in the game the clan is wiped out and you swear to get revenge on the man who ordered your family's death, the Emperor of Japan, Oda Nobunaga and his European templar associates.

Throw in a Piece of Eden just because, and it's an Assassins Creed game.

For a change of pace, why not have a female assassin?
