My ps3 got the ylod death for the second time. The first time u was able to fix it no problem, this time I tried and it turns on ok but the fan will just take off like a jet engine only after a couple minutes of running. So it's time for a new ps3. But my question is sincevi can't backup my harddrive the normal way since my ps3 won't stay on long enough is there any other way to save my much needed data? Sorry ifvthis os worded weird I'm kinda in a hurry.
yeah i ddint use the artic silver stuff because of lack of funds but i did clean off the other stuff and put brand new compound on. after i get paid i guess i'll take it all apart again (grrrrr) and reaply some better stuff. and let you all know.
So my ps3 got the YLoD and i took it all apart and fixed it once and worked perfectly for say 2 months. i was playing again one night so it did it again and i proceeded to take it all apart and fix it myself and did. but when i plugged it in the fan kicked on and in steps ran faster and faster. i'm 100% positive i reconnected everything and put it all back together right. so i'm just curious as to what could make the fan run so hard. and FYI i did replace the thermal compound on the CPU and GPU so thats not it
this is a dumb question but is demon souls that incredibly hard japanese only game i've hear a little about? or what game is always mentioned on these forums thats just super hard
The kids are going with sver it seems, the Socom vets are goingwith Valor , andother good players are going Raven. Sver is going to get slaughtered every time despite their insane userbase numbers , muhahahahaha ..... muhahahahaha. It's going to be a bloodbath.
