ZombiU is a great game. I have been playing it for days and totally enjoy the experience. It's something new and refreshing that will keep you excited and freaking scared if not disturbed every single time. After watching the review on this site I can honestly say that I will never watch any more reviews from gamespot. Really, no point. You gotta have a reason for giving a game 4.5. You give a great game 4.5, when that mark is meant for unplayable/broken games. This is ridiculous, then you wander why people accuse you all the time of false advertisement, subjectivism, payed-for reviews, and what not. You get a 4.5 in my book gamespot and for pretty good reasons.

@abHS4L88 Again, I agree with what you are saying. I like the Nintendo franchises too, but i am not obsessed or biased by them.

I have never said that graphics are the sole reason, but they are definitely a major one. and when someone has played something at the level of say Red Dead Redemption, MGS4, Heavy Rain, COD, TES, etc, then you can expect his/her expectations of the industry to have grown (immediately). That's the bottom line. How has Nintendo met gamers' expectations over the past 5 years? By offering past-generation graphics on 30-year old recurring ideas?

The Wii U came out a bit too late, and i doubt it will survive in the contest of the next gen games. How do you fare it will do if Sony and MS release a mammoth console next year (let's say twice the ram, twice the core)? The moment developers start to downscale their games to fit on a console then that's the moment you know the company's in trouble.

Needless to say, I can't wait to play a Zelda and Metroid game in full immersive HD. and it's not just the HD that makes the difference, it's the whole spec that matters (core and RAM). The bigger the kernel the bigger the development opportunities ;)

@abHS4L88 I agree with you, but as i said: they looked good for their time. Games engines have moved on, graphic design has moved on. Be it for games or movies, anywhere you look at you see beautiful graphical perfection. Don't underestimate HD, just look around you. When I have in front of me games like Skyrim and CoD I just can't agree with anyone who says that the Wii version of Metroid looks beautiful. Although for the first Prime i could say it looked good for its time, for the Wii version i can only say that it WOULD HAVE looked good HAD IT BEEN released probably 15 years ago. And that's generally the case with anything Nintendo had on offer on the Wii. Sadly enough, i can say the same thing for some of the upcoming games on the Wii U.

I have been playing games for over 20 years and I have seen the industry grow and blossom in all kinds of directions. Game graphics are heading towards Avatar perfection. Can't say the same for AI, but we'll probably get there someday too. Nintendo has not been keeping up and i doubt they ever will with their confused marketing and mixing of markets and all.

@Lykanthropie "Metroid Prime is one of the best shooters ever, and the best shooter ever made for a home console. Their Graphics are just beautyfull, creative and impressive"

That is such an over estimate. FAR from reality. You are surely living in the past man. I've played all three Prime games and graphics SUCKED in all three of them. I am a Nintendo fun too, but not a blind one. Have you ever played a HD game on PS3/XBox360? Have you ever played a FPS on the PS3? The Wii was NEVER part of this generation and I don't understand how some of you Nintendo funs play games on SD and come out and say "graphics are beautiful". Yeah bro, graphics on Super Mario Bros 1 were beautiful too, for their time! You are so naive and the more you keep cultivating this ideology, Nintendo will never catch up with the rest.

@BKd12 it's not just for kids. grown ups especially play games like mario, metroid, zelda, dk, etc. these are the games that bring back memories and are still really cool and fun to play. as long as they remain unique to Nintendo, its consoles will always have a place in many people's homes. but yeah, haven't seen anything really new since Miyanoto's early years, so to speak

I LOVE TES, but i have no interest in this whatsoever. Bathesda should invest their money and time in Skyrim or a new installment instead
