Already aware of that as I mentioned in my second post about this somewhat being a nit-picking issue as it's really only one extra click to get to My Updates.

Good call on the name edit. I don't come on the forums much, so I didn't even think you could change a thread title without being a mod.

Siberian
Let me put it in an odd way. Let's pretend you love Coca-Cola (Updates), and go to the same store (Gamespot) to get one everyday and have done so for a long time. As usual you go to that store and ask for a Coke. They then hand you Coke-Zero, so now you have to be more specific about what you want. The next day you go back to the same store, and ask the same person for a Coke, again they give you a Coke-Zero and tell you why it's better. This now happens everytime you go to that store. Some people just prefer to stick with the ****cs. Since they remember you anyhow it would be nice if they also remembered what kind of Coke you like (by having an option).

I should have elaborated in the thread title a bit more. The problem isn't that Fuse exists, Gamespot can jump on that bandwagon if they want to. Some people don't want the update button in the top right to take you to Fuse.

Yeah an option would be nice. I can see its simplistic interface being a plus for mobile browsing but its normal purpose is somewhat lost on me. Not all of us are into the whole twitter/facebook/look at what I'm doing thing and don't find it useful. Maybe I'm just nit-picking since it's really only one extra click to go to my old update page but I'm getting older and that means I don't want to change!

*Adding spaces again!

So I notice a there are a few updates to some of the games I'm following. As usual I hover over "x updates" in my user menu and click but this time I'm sent to this silly twitteresque gamespot fuse junk. If I wanted to use that feature I would click on Fuse underneath my user menu. I personally like the My Updates page more.

Edit: Somehow the my post ended up with bunch of spaces removed, so I fixed it.

as mentioned the beta has some serious issues right now, but thats why its called a beta and not a release. if anything, wow is the lame distraction and a waste of time/money.

I'm going to have to go old school on you kids and pull out Close Combat: A Bridge Too Far. That was the first really entertaining WWII game I had played. Not long after that was a game some may remember, called Muzzled Velocity. It was a mix of an RTS game with an FPS. You could choose where to send your army, tanks and such to where you liked from a map view, but then could click on a unit and take control of him first person style until he died or you chose to use another unit. Probably one of the most innovative things I had seen in a old school war game.

once again leave it to dii.net to jump the gun and start spreading more rumors with their 'inside sources'. if we believed everyone who said they had 'inside sources' then about 10000000 people must work for blizzard from the amount of "well my cousin is a game dev for blizzard and he told me that blah blah blah'.

awesome!!! i hope they do something different with this one, though. if it's like titan quest or diablo 2, i'll be disappointed. well, disappointed and happy at the same time, but still...fireandcloud

uh... so let me get this straight, you want to take an award winning formula and totally muck it up? i will be thanking my lucky stars if it is anything at all like diablo 2. i hope no one has forgotten that we are missing MANY key people from the original bliz north team.

after wasting many years on this game, diablo 2 died for me on patch 1.10. So I dont care much about this news at all. What I would care about is hearing Bill Roper and the Blizzard North staff being rehired for diablo 3. We all know that's not going to happen and d3 will most likely end up being a terrible mmo churned out by the 'allstar' world of borecraft team. Rest in piece diablo universe, we've taken your soulstone to the hellforge.
