how can everyone slate a game they haven't played yet? i'd bet that the majority of people who have already sacked the game off will play the beta. and the whole point of beta testing is to check it's functionally sound. it's bound to have issues! but it's better than the game you're releasing this year. so gtfo.
it's things like this where, in a few years time when i grow the hell up and have kids, i'll be sounding like my parents and saying "we didn't have any of this '3D' in our day! count yourself lucky". though i guess we're fortunate in the way that we're seeing the 3D industry being built from the ground up... i can't wait to see where it's headed... so i totally agree with @Prado0 and i loved the interviews with Keiji Inafune & Ryota Niitsuma - haha ;)
i'm not a massive fan of motion controllers in general. i got bored of the Wii within the first two months, and Sony's SixAxis controller isn't precise enough for any compatible games to be efficient or of any benefit. but tech's got to start somewhere, so it'll only get better in future products. it'll be interesting to see how motion tech progresses... but this probably isn't one for me. yet.
i think it's more game specific to be honest... i'm a PS3 owner, but you can't deny that some games look better on the 360. there's no doubt about that! CoD:MW2 looks better on the Xbox, but Batman looks better on the PS3, for example.
nnn2004 - i think factors like online play, controls and game ratings are completely objective and doesn't make for a particularly good argument. i mean, i could argue that the PS3 UI is more sleek and better presented... but it's objective. i also don't know of one PS3 that's had the red ring of death... though i know loads of 360's that have had the problem. so the reliability of Sony is probably better than Microsofts. but as i said... it's completely objective.
