I think you should just go ahead and level your Torterra to lvl50=55 or so, I don't see how your other Pokemon are dominently stronger than your starter, but that's just me ^.^ Dialga should pretty much kick the arse off of most of the Elite Four, but pack some Revives just in case. I beat the Elite Four with mostly lvl40's, (lowest being lvl40, highest being lvl57). I don't think you should have to worry about anything with the team you have. ;)
