I have had 360 since launch and hope to be receiving my ps3 tomorrow (fedex better not f things up) and I am really looking forward to playing the ps 3 exclusives that i have already picked up (mgs 4, resistance 2, little big planet, uncharted and socom).
There really aren't any exclusives coming out this year on 360 except the halo expansion thing that i am not interested in and the gta IV download. On the other hand, killzone 2, god of war 3 and uncharted 2 all coming in in 09 exclusive on ps3.
PS3 exclusives and blu ray (to a lesser extent) are what I am most excited about. The 150.00 rebate sony is offering online allowed me to convince my wife to let me get my third game system (kids play the wii mostly).
yes it is really that good. forget it being a great horror/survival game, it is a great game - period. The sound is fantastic. I play with headphones and when your health is low, you hear yourself struggling to breathe and the sound of you gasping for breath is a very cool and immersive experience. Graphics are beautiful and gameplay is right on. Great single player game. I am glad there is no multiplayer because it would have most likely distracted the developers from making such a great single player experience. there is really no reason not to like this game.
This game is extremely well done and very polished. I played it for 3 hours last night and enjoyed every minute of it. Truly an amazing game that is worth playing. I am very glad I bought it.
Finally, i thought i was the only one interested in Shaun White Snowboarding. It look awesome, as do about 10 others everyone else in the world will be getting.
