Hello, I hope this is the right place to post something like this and i hope someone knows the answers, as I seem to be the only one dealing with this problem.

I bought the Trilogy pack a few weeks ago (hard-copy) and inside there is a leaflet that tells you that to access the DLC for Mass Effect 2/3 all you have to do is click on 'Downloadable Content' on the in-game menus. This should in theory allow you to download the Cerberus Pack for ME2 and the ME3 extended ending for free. Well when I click on either of the game's DLC in-game option, i get taken to the PSN store to be greeted with blank tiles saying 'no content found'.

So I tried to go to the PSN store directly and all the DLC was there but for the Cerberus Pack I had to pay, so i just left it. For ME3 the extended ending was free so i downloaded and installed it alongside paying for the From Ashes and Leviathan DLC, which downloaded and installed successfully. I start up ME3 and loaded my file, expecting there to be private emails on my terminal that should start the quests but nope, nothing. I delete the DLC data and redownload/install but this does nothing.

This is really frustrating as a; i should have got the Cerberus pack for free and b; ive actually paid for the other DLC and its none-existent. Cant find anyone else on the net who's had this problem.
