I kew prety much all that about the HDTVs but I still never found good information about the uses of Video projectors (Expensive, I know...) for gaming ! Since the image is potentially better than any TV, Plasma, ... and way bigger. So I know the cons of such an equipment (less light in the room to fully enjoy it, lamps to buy, screen to buy...) but I wad wontering:
Has any of u guys tried to use an HDMI or DVI video projector compared to the equivalent Plasma HDTV. Which one is the best when used in the proper conditions/environment and how good do u think it might be for gaming
I can't imagine the extreme pleasure comming from playing to Resident Evil, Call of Duty 3 or Dead Rising in a dark room with a 8 feet screen in front of you, or how much into the game u can be by playing to NBA Live or Madden on such a screen !!!!!!!!
