This looks like an in-between of SFIII and SFIV. I'm on board with it. The game looks great so far imo.

I personally think that the next Mass Effect game can easily be improved on by leaving MP out of the single player experience and have MP dictate nothing in the Single player experience...such as the highest level of an ending you can get...

@hitomo @littlestreakier Ha, nah I knew Germany was stacked before. They're playing incredible soccer right now. I'm just happy it wasn't a Portugal/Germany game all over again.

I agree with all your observations. I respect Germany's soccer team, they're consistently a top contender in the world cup but this world cup specifically the team is just playing incredible soccer.

I'm just happy USA held on to a 1-0 loss. I wasn't sure if it was going to turn out like the Portugal game. I do think that USA has made real good improvements to their overall game. Hopefully they can continue to expand on it throughout the years.

Yea the US is a countering team. Germany is stacked with great players though and the coach looks he did a good job getting them to play as a team.

Now that the game is over it's obvious Germany has a much better team than the US, with the 1-0 victory though I think the US did a good job at not letting it get out of hand.

Just happy to make it out of the group of death. Hopefully they'll keep it going in the elimination round.

I'm from the US and if you're referring to the MLS...yes...MLS is fairly boring IMO. The World Cup however is a whole different animal. All of the best teams compete to win the championship in a two month span. Also, if you look at how many games each team plays it becomes even more involved because every game is critical. I mean...just to make it to the elimination round you have 3 games...

And elimination round speaks for itself...kind of like playoff NFL...

Got on my authentic home USA Dempsey jersey. Can't wait for the game today! Looking for a win against Germany, will be happy with a draw. If USA loses I still feel like we're in a good spot to move on to the elimination round based on current goal difference.

IMO, this has been the most exciting USMNT team to go to the World Cup that I've seen. Last years team was good time. About time the US can start to compete.

I still think in the end it worked out the best for him. This way right up front the girl will know what she's getting herself into. The ones that look down on it will move on, and the ones that enjoy it will stay.

There are many women that look down upon guys that play video games. Same goes for watching cartoons and anime.

That being said, there's also a lot of women that won't car and, don't look down on it. Like me for example, my fiancé and I have been together for 14 years. My favorite show is regular show, I play video games and I'm 29....I have about 3-4 other friends that have the same hobbies and been in long term relationships.

Alright fair enough, I understand your logic, it makes sense. I personal still don't think it would've been awkward. I leave from time to time to hangout with friends, my fiancée does the same. This would just be the equivalent of that, leaving your home to go somewhere you enjoy being. I think the part about "he invites friends over to enjoy his creation" is because his fiancée left him, I'm sure he invited her too but she already made up her mind about him.

Also, since he owns an apartment in NY and is a Vice President of a company leads me to believe that he's either successful or somewhat successful in life.

I just thought this could apply to anyone here at GS, we all obviously play games, all of us can be assumed as "significant other neglecting". Also, if you look at all the games I've owned from console to console it far outweighs the number of games he has in his arcade. The only difference is he spent significantly a lot more and took a lot more physical space.

@Ampharos64 @Jag-T1000 Clearly that's exactly what he would've done...100% guaranteed he would ignore her and stay in his game cave all day...(I'm being sarcastic just so there's no confusion)
