MGS4 will be a contender and im pretty sure it will be playstation 3's game of the year, but overall goty i dont know for sure, there are a lot of contenders, and with geow2 around the corner, we will wait and see.
Although i have always been a sony fanboy and continue to be, i dont agree with your quote. The 360 and the wii have stolen a lot of thunder from sony. They are simply making the better business moves, and sony has failed to counteract. Lost exclusives, hefty price tag, and promises broken. I currently own 15 ps3 games, and enjoy most of them. I still feel like sony could of done a lot better this generation. This generation is far from over, but sony needs to step in up.
even though i was disappointed with gta4, i will always prefer the gta series over saint rows series. i have yet to play sr2 so i cant really give a fair judgement, but i dont think they will ever top the gta series.
It sales well because of the blu-ray player, AS a gamer i can really see no reason why i would buy a ps3 over a 360scottiescott238
its all about preference, i prefer the ps3 over the 360 because of games like mgs4, god of war, and other ps3 exclusives. even though i own a 360 also, i play my ps3 a lot more.
