Maybe.  I heard XI wasn;t to bad, but if XIV is anything to go by then they need to rethink their ideas of 'good'

To be honest, once I got the settings sorted, it runs a bit smoothly.  It isn't that bad, just I have no idea what to do!  Yes there is quests, but all the class changing stuff isn't really explained to you, and the whole story just feels a bit bland just now.  Plus the areas feel a bit...well, empty!

It might pick up evantually, but this game just doesn't feel very compelling.  I can play for maybe an hour before it just gives me a headache.

Is there anything good besides the graphics? 

Well apparantely it has a good Class system, but I am yet to discover it after about 8 class levels in, and 6 physical levels.  The manual says nothing, and the game says nothing about ways to change.  The internet holds the answers.

Mmm, indeed.  After two days of trying to play it, I got over my boredom with WoW and happily playing away...which apparantely means doing pointless crap!! 

I got bored of WoW after about 3 hours :P

I don't see how poeple get addicted to it. 

I can see how people could be.  There was a time when I could play it for a few days straight, but it's not that appealing to me as much anymore.  Still, I enjoy to play for a few hours a day now and then when something better isn't.

Well, not every party member ends at Level 1, it is the party who you finish the majority of the game is, which consists of Zidane, Eiko, Quina and Freya.  All the other party members have to gain levels in a few battles.

In the battles you can't avoid gaining experience with, you kill the those members of in, so they do not gain the exp, then switch them about.

Not impossible, just means you don't really get alot of choice in your end party.
