@waraga Just so you know Microsoft hasn't said they were doing this as well. They probably couldn't do it even if they wanted to as Sony is patented the tech. Xbox 720 will still be a viable option for console.
@Sevenizz Honestly, as much as I'm against this, I'm sure there will be software that pairs a serial number to each disc that the PS4 will read and the games will be paired to your account. The PS4 will undoubtedly have the whole "Recover Gamertag" feature that Xbox has, and if so you could just recover your gamertag on a new PS4 if your first one breaks and still be able to play all your games.
When this was first announced, I was worried it wasn't going to be a true Hitman game, since it was going to be the first developed for "next-gen", but I no longer have to worry. They are making this game true to the Hitman series, and making it even more badass than Blood Money. Cannot wait.
HAH! Funny LordMaza! I guarantee you by the end of next year or at least the beginning of 2014, the Xbox 720 (or whatever they plan on calling it) and the PS4 will be on store shelves.
Honestly I think it's bullshit and completely unfair that because DICE chose to make a DLC for Battlefield focused on Close Quarters Combat, it's being compared to Call of Duty and criticized for straying from what the series is known for. Why is Activision/Infinity Ward/Sledgehammer Games/Treyarch the only one who is allowed to have CQC in their games without being ridiculed?! And I may be straying from my original topic here, but why in the hell is CoD even the game to go to when thinking about CQC?! Wouldn't that be a game like Counter Strike, you know the root of the CQC-like gameplay...
@Superman_legend Rockstar isn't a sellout company bro. Don't worry you will get your moneys worth, even more. Take-Two and Rockstar make money because their games are AWESOME! And in order for their games to be awesome, they need to make money. Just because Gamespot is posting the fact that Take-Two expects to make so and so in this fiscal year, doesn't mean they're going around boasting about it. Honestly, the only way Take-Two and Rockstar are boasting about it, is showing how great their games are.
