Being able to enjoy the best of everything, while upgrading however much you want whenever you want? Yeah, it sucks.
Unless you bought the latest GPU/ CPU you are not enjoying the best of everything.
With consoles you are never enjoying the best of everything.
But at least you're not paying $1500 for a rig that will be obsolete in 12 months.
I know you are trying to defend consoles which is fine but you don't have to make up lies to do it. A $1500 PC is factually not obsolete after 12 months, It still runs games great. If you mean it is no longer the newest, then consoles are obsolete by that definition the day they release, let's try to stick to facts here please. My PC is 3 years old and I still run every major game on the market that I play great.
PC as that is my favorite and the only other gaming system I own is an Xbox 360 which is cool but I have not turned that on in awhile. I guess I play some games on my phone when I am out of the house.
TLDR ^ PC gaming - Over-expensive entertainment, underwhelming experience.
PC is generally a much better experience to console from what I have played and seen in most games. I always buy games once they have been out awhile to spend less and get the best patched version of them which by then is pretty much always better than the console versions by a good amount. Consoles are fine though if you like them. I have spent exactly $425 on my gaming PC since 2021 and it looks and runs great, that does not seem that expensive to me. I could have spent way more and got a even more amazing experience but I am happy with how it looks and runs so I will wait another couple of years before upgrading most likely.
I was excited to play this when it launched and I messed around with it at the beginning for a few hours but the stuttering and performance weren't to my liking so I waited for patches and updates. I haven't checked the game out in a bit so not sure how it's performing on PC
I just got it a few weeks ago, It runs very smoothly with no stuttering on my PC which has a RTX 3060 ti and a 10th gen i7 and 32 GB of DDR4 Ram. I think you should try it out again, it should run much better now.
Ohh I'll check it out after Phantom Liberty then. I'm assuming still run it without ray tracing?
