@neverstop @kyle004 I really like your point you have made. But i don't see it effecting many consumers just because there is already a fan base for that game. But I look at video games from this view. video games are made for specific groups of people. Ex wii being more user friendly and welcoming to newer and older users. Where as the ps3 and xbox appeal to a more hardcore or serious gaming audience
@soul45 I for one will not buy the special edition just because I see it as pointless. Many people buying a statue that costs ten maybe fiftheen dollars at most, then mark it up to about 60 to 80$ doesn't interest me
@burgeg so your offended by a plastic statue that stands almost a foot tall. sounds pretty silly if you ask me. Its the new age of media and trying to grab core gamers. Notice its a special edition. Meaning for people who really enjoy the franchise already and think its a great idea.
okay this product is not directed towards men..... It is directed to people who like zombie horror and are fine with the dead island franchise. I like the idea of the zombie corpse. who cares if its a girl. seriously. Resident evil 4 released a special edition controller that was a chainsaw from one of the enemies from the game. pretty sure it had blood on it too. People need to stop over reacting. Its a video game.
Im sorry, But res 5 is where they went wrong. A Co Op resident evil ? A game where you always have a partner to help you. That really does not help the game get any scarier. If anything adding a coop story made it seem not nearly as scary at all. RES 4 was perfect at the time.
