Sequel is highly unlikely anyway, and they're done with the game afaik, so even if Microsoft acquired the rights, what difference does it make?

Well, some people apparently already hate it with a passion and won't shut up about it. Ironically they're the ones giving the game most promotion. I don't really know the details of what the controversy is all about, just heard there were some leaks. Personally I definitely won't get the game at launch, possibly never at all, mainly because it lacks mp (which was the best thing about prequel) on top of being a cross-gen title.

Yeah I believe it's capable of running games at 4k/120hz while being reasonably priced. Games like Minecraft, or remasters of old games, but definitely not modern AAA titles. It'd be good if those will run at stable 4k/60hz, but even to that I'm sceptical.
