I loved Crash too! You can get the PSone classic(s) from the PlayStation Store. I think they're $14.99 or something like that.

True but Activision have taken the series now, so things could be getting better. The creators of Naughty Dog have started a new company Monkey God I think they called it? But they don't own the rights to Crash anymore so I don't think they will be continuing Crash. It's all up to Activision who are well known for some good games ;) Naughty Dog is still Naughty Dog as far as I know, and I wouldn't get too excited about Activision being in control of the series if I were you. They have a habit of ruining things. Oh well there's still Ratchet :D
