Yep i actually played through on level one, the first time i playe the game. This is because i never knew you had to sleep in your own bed to level up, i never slept anyway.
If that card requires an extra 6 pin power connector and you do not have one one then probably not. Even then 250 is awfully low to try and power any kind of graphics card even on low. Im kinda surprised that you have a PCI express slow with just a low PSU unless there is a AGP version you are getting. More specs on your computer may help.Kurushio

Pretty much. If you paired a GTX 295 with an old Athlon 64, then the CPU would bottleneck the GPU. If you paired a Core i7 with a GeForce 9400, then the GPU would be the bottleneck. If you pair a Q9550 and a GTX 260, but only have 1 GB of RAM installed, then the RAM becomes the bottleneck. And, finally, if you decide to pair up a Core i7 with 12 GB of DDR3 in triple-channel and SLI up two GTX 295s, but decide to re-use some old IDE/PATA 5,400 RPM hard drive due to budget constraints, then the hard drive will probably bottleneck everything as you wait for things to load. (Even a single 7,200 RPM SATA drive isn't responsive enough for some people-they plunk down for 10,000 or even 15,000 RPM drives, if not outright going solid-state, and then setting up a RAID array all for the sake of speed!) I......................actually understood that....... well mostly lol
You'll be spending $175 Minimum to upgrade your PC. I'd personally save the cash and put it towards a new computer. Your Pentium 4 would hold back most modern cards. What games are you looking to play?

Im not looking to play new games. More like older games ive missed such as Age of empires 3 and maybe a few newish games
