i doubt this will be even remotely close to how dead space 1 played. it might be fun, but don't they dare call this horror because the second was less scary and played more like an action game and this one will likely do so even more

he said he would be adding 5 more chapters, 10 new enemies, 4 more room types 100+ more items and a new playable character, i think that's the definition of value

@shelledfade1 bioware aren't the studio behind the bioshock series... irrational created the series and 2k marin took care of bioshock 2, irrational is developing this one as well

Sure it's a parent's choice but I think personally that we shouldn't be trying to hide the fact that some men like other men or feel like women trapped in the wrong body. Also, first of all I don't think all the little cod gamers who come on gamespot even want to take the time to read a smart and socially conscious article like this one and secondly parents who are worried about what their kid sees on the Internet should be 1-more mindful and watch over their children's actions 2- worry about some things on the Internet that are potentially a lot worse than a gaming website posting an article by a transgender gamer with some personal experiences of hers.

I'm really enjoying these recent articles on gamespot with a more human look at video games. It's a shame there's a negative response but as you put it, "We mock what we don't understand, what scares us, or what makes us uneasy.", but with exposure people will get used to it. I wish more gaming websites posted this type of article, I think this will lead to people more generally accepting the gaming industry... Well done Carolyn and keep it up gamespot.

holy fanboy flame, batman! Honestly, no one is going anywhere. Although I dislike Microsoft, they've helped make some significant improvements to gaming, but thats not to say sony is going to lose the console war,all you people saying ps3 is going to fail are aaabsolutely lost, theres nothing wrong with the console, and if you don't admit to it being significantly better than the xbox in many ways (not to say xbox never comes out on top on some situations), you're either ignorant or in denial. IMO, Nintendo are the ones most likely to "drop out" because the wii u isnt "next gen", it's just Nintendo stepping into the third generation. They get points for thinking out of the box, that's for sure, but they lost points as well in terms of appealing to hardcore gamers but even they have their own audience now. So, honestly, like I said, no one is going anywhere.
