This rumor comes from when one of the guys who makes FF was talking to a french newspaper and said that FF's exclusivity for ps3 was in talks. AKA Sony has yet to lock down there massively successful RPG to their newest console.

[QUOTE="rabisu999"]Both positions works fine, you just have to keep her with no obstructions on the cooling holes.Mine's vertical and no problems
BTW try not to swich her from vertical to horizontal, hard drives chould always work on the same position since the day they're 1st usedrabisu999

Are you serious about the HD thing?? I'm about 110% sure that's not right.

Totally dude. Of course you can move it the way you want when its off, but hard drives should always work on the position they were 1st used

I'm a computer engineer and I've never heard of this. Even if this is true, this doesn't even come close to applying to the 360's hard drive. The 360's hard drive is like a giant usb drive. There's no moving parts in it thus the position of the hard drive would play no part on it's efficiency.

Start with the easy stuff first and make sure you don't have the mic sound settings on Mute. If that dosn't work uninstall all of your sound drivers and reinstall em. See if that works.
