I really don't agree with homeschooling a kid. My brother is home schooled and he doesent like it because he is not around other kids his age. When home schooled you don't get social stimulation as one would in the public education system, then again your there to learn not socialise i guess.
I think i'm fat because I don't have a 6 pack. For my height and age i'm under weight though, only by 10lbs. I'm 6'1 170lbs the national standard weight chart said i'm supposed to be 180-185. I just want to look like a calvein cleine ad.
Vista bugs are going away because winter is almost here and Mr. Gates came out with SP1 for Vista which i downloaded and it is wonderful. I love dream scene and the bit locker, some good stuff IMO. As for the fake copy of XP i thought you could just buy a serial number? But if i where you i would just buy the real deal holyfeild.
if your running windows CTRL ALT DELETE go into task manager and click network tab and it shows your internet data stream and so on. Depending on the time of day my internet can be slow sometimes because of peak hours of internet usage. your graphic card has nothing to do with the lag, it's your internet.
Thanks Guyz I did some research and it said my laptop will only understand partitions for vista which is strange so the only way i could get xp on my laptop is if i got an external hardrive. I now boot XP from a external source. I didnt like it much so I did a clean install of vista and all is well....kind of :shock:
I'm trying to dual boot vista and xp and i did all the pre-required things to do this but i am having one small problem. When i go to restart my computer it boots to the bios then i hit F12 for selective boot then i tell it to boot from CD/DVD drive. Windows XP proceeds to install but then it says windows XP did not find any Hard Drives? What is going on? I partitioned and shrunk my main volume and now have unallocated space. Can someone help me out? Thanks in advance.
Anyone know where i can download old school Dos games like dukenukem and wolfenstein 3D? And what is a good dos emulator to download so i can play them?
I'm going to be serving my country soon and wanted a way to access my computer while i'm away. I have seen services for remote access and was wondering if anyone ever used a service of this type?. I'm just worried that other eyes besides mine can look at my information. Any ideas on how to stay in touch with my comp while i'm away? I know your thinking why don't you take it with you?, they wont let me.
