If games didn't have a static price then pirating wouldn't be as bad... All games are tested at some point... They have to know that their product is crap... charging $60 for a piece of crap is the real theft... It saturates the market and the buyers get burned... If there was a sure fire way to sift through the crap... but there isn't and so people pirate...
Well in about a month I'll be getting a new PC to upgrade my... wait for it... 6 year old custom piece of crap. (It was crap when we got it so its like uber crap now) my new pc comes with a free upgrade to windows 7 I hope its really good but at this point anything is better that what I have now.
Its like this, these people are already crazy and then just so happen to like video games. How would the beverage industry feel if every time a killer strikes they announce that his favorite drink. "cherry coke was found on the suspect. After a thorough background search it was found that this man has tons of boxes of cherry coke in his apartment he must be a soda addict." Sounds ridiculous right? Well so does this.
