Haha, I've played every console version of every Formula 1 game since PSX and damn you left after playing the worst possible version. Even Nintendos F1 Pole Position 64 is better. You'll love the new Codemasters F1 games, totally recommended.
I am anticipating this game so much because of the retro content. I have all the Codemasters Formula 1 games to this point on Xbox 360 however I just set up a PS3 with the G27 steering wheel so I'm looking into buying this edition on PS3, would anyone know if the PS3 version still suffers from frame rate and performance issues?
Great informative review Gamespot. Since I am a fan of stealth and the original Splinter Cell series I will stick to my original decision and not buy this game.
Forza Motorsport 5 will be the reason why I would buy a Xbox One. PERIOD! Though for every positive I hear I almost always hear a negative so I have some concerns about Forza Motorsport 5 and here they are.
* Will the game support quality (simulation) steering wheels such as Fanatec?
* The trend for every Forza game since the first has been to scale back the simulation further and further to point where I have to ask is Turn 10 even considering this a simulation racer?
* Is Turn 10 still going to release this as a half finished game (they planned to utilise Microsofts always online policy to stream content).
* How much of the game is taken out? I heard Storefront, Livery Editor, Communities are gone, is that true?
I have my preorder for my DAY ONE EDITION Xbox One & Forza Motorsport 5 but it's pending on the information I'll get in the coming months.
Yes there is other titles of interest out there but if you are going to sell me a new console you will need either Forza Motorsport, Gran Turismo or Mario Kart.
In general I would say the Xbox ONE launch is more exciting than the PS4.
