Could i play Age of Empires III on high settings with this or any good game?

I want to play games such as Medieval II Total War and Age of Empires III on fairly high settings, i heard that those work? What do you think!?

I need a graphics card that is able to play at least Age of Empires III on decent settings (prefearbly good settings) and medieval II Total War, only on problem, i have a $50.00 budget, is there any graphics card able to do this, i've been searching onine i saw a forum that reccommended this one...

Last night i was trying to install Civilization IV when i realized, i don't have the second disk anymore! I searched and searched everywhere in every CD case and keep in mind i have A LOT. No where to be found, so my Civilization IV is left on my computer only half installed. Is there anything i can do to play it again aside buying a new one?

Also i have Sim City 3 and the CD is scratched beyond repair, anything i can do about that?

If there are no suitable answers i'll resort to buying Sim City 4 deluxe edition, and Civilization IV Gold Edition.
