Why wasn't there a Vista 64-bit test? Because there isn't a game for 64-bit yet? Also wouldn't a Vidoe card made for a 32-bit operating system be a waste of money at this point? In my humble opinion both companies are so far behind Microsoft Vista 64 and the 21st century they both need to wake up and catch up to the world of 64 bit. Next thing you know AMD and INTEL will be talking about 128-bit processors and how Microsoft will support it and these guys (Nvidia and AMD) will be boasting about their new video cards for the 64-bit operating system. On a serious note, I'd watch AMD's stock and see how much it may suffer. Maybe they should have stayed out of the video card market?

Thanks for trying Deus Ex. A classic. Can't be duplicated. Not even by the original creators. Go fiure. I still pull that game out of moth balls from time to time. Still the model for First Person Shooters. Wish the creators would re-release it with updated graphics. And finally a test that makes sense. Thanks, Hicklebird

Tech stocks down, Pc is behind consoles right now, that's common sense, now hold on isn't Windows Vista coming out next year? Well let's see what happens AFTER Windows Vista is released with Directx 10 AND the video cards come out to support it.

Only thing to save Intel now is a price war with AMD. AMD is building a manufacturing facility in New York State and America needs the jobs. I'll support AMD, not only by purchasing their CPU looking at cost/speed, but I'll buy their stock too. And I don't think an honest test can be done until Directx 10 (Windows Vista) is released since CPUs now are Vista ready and not XP.

Showing off Intel or AMD? Guess it depends on your perspective. But Intel (INTC) is crazy if they think I'm paying 1000 dollars for a CPU. Cost/speed I'll go with AMD (AMD). Plus the overclocked AMD isn't state of the art for AMD I don't think a fair test of the processors will be possible until Directx 10 (Windows Vista) is released. And the hardware manufacturers have released the new motherboards supporting the new AM2 sockets. And non-hyperthreading. Plus AMD is coming home to New York, that's right, more Amercans will be working soon. AMD is building a manufacturing facility up there. And America needs the jobs, so I feel it's my patriotic duty to support AMD more than ever. Check out recent news for AMD at Money Central.com. Bottom line check the stock and you tell me who the real winner will be?
