@blindbsnake: Don’t want to get into the weeds with this, but in short.
The characters in ME3 were intelligently written and the way their arcs wrapped up was mostly amazing. The citadel dlc was particularly well put together.
The ending was weak, but it wasn’t Game of Thrones bad. They fixed a lot with the extended cut.
Conversely, Andromeda had terrible writing and a terrible plot. Each world was utterly uninteresting and the quests were mostly throw away fetch quests.
Couple that with flat characters who make idiotic choices, bad graphics (every non NPC Asari has the same face for example) and mediocre gameplay and you have a recipe for mediocrity.
Finally, I don’t know what plan you are referring too that would have allowed the Reapers to win and I played a few months ago. The reapers were stuck in dark space and with Sovereign unable to open the Citadel Mass Relay I’m not sure how they could have done anything differently but maybe I missed something.
I love the gameplay from the demo, but if there isn't any sort of overarching story driving the characters together it's going to be pretty disappointing.
Hell, FFVI was put together in about a year and that game has one of the greatest stories in the entire series.
They don't even need to remaster, just add controller support for the PC version and sell a bundled version with all the DLC and everyone would be happy.
@G-Legend: Curved screen maybe, but the eye tracking tech shouldn't cost too much. The speakers / subs perhaps.
But let's be realistic, if you're using a notebook on the go, you probably aren't blasting out 4.2 surround, you're using a headphones, and if you're at your desk, you're using your undoubtedly far superior 7.1 surround sound system on a 32 inch 4k monitor.
It tries to strike a balance between laptop and desktop and fails in both regards.
