Buster Max Megaman 64 you started the game with it if another file was saved on the game pack with a "hard" clear datat. it gave it repeater abilities, and maxed out size and power. not to mention, if you bought the game used, there was like, twenty save files so chances are SOMEONE beat it on hard!
