Well I answered #3, but my real answer would be "No, because if they managed to pass their classes, that's enough. Why bother them with another test to worry about?"
OK, so my friend's having a party tomorrow. There's been word of cops showing up, so I'm curious, what exactly can the police charge a person who is just attending a party and is not drunk or high? Are there any laws against going to an underaged party where this is alcohol and some minor drug usage if you aren't participating in it?
Any other info you can give me would be great, and btw, for the record, I would like to get as torn up as possible in everyway at this possible but I'm thinking of making only going and playing it safe. I'm just not sure.
