[QUOTE="gt350tsc"]No email for me but I've been in 2 beta weekends already so I'm fine with that. I can't wait for the game to go live but elder scrolls skyrim is keeping me pretty happy. Sorta of topic but I wonder if the male bounty hunter is really played by Steve blum?millerlight89Yes it is his voice :) I was gonna make female bounty hunter but that changes everything gonna have to make male one now(Cowboy bebop inspired) I suspected it was him when I saw one of the trailers.

If we see a pokemon game on the eShop, it'll most likely be Red/Blue for their 20th anniversary. They have been remade already, doubt it'll happen again.
Pixel-Perfect
If I had to guess I'd say we'll see at least one more remake. :P
Aqua Blue?Yeah I'm really looking forward to guild wars 2 as well. I'm hoping it get release this year. I'm on the edge of getting the first one since I haven't played much past the trial.
I must admit I'm pretty impressed that most of the servers are at Medium then low unlike DCUO. Which is almost as dead as a door nail. Perhaps next rift sale I'll pick it up and start up a sub.
Edit: The thought of addons coming to the game does not make happy. In WoW raids got balanced around the use of some of them and other addons were abused to make other people feel bad in the game.
I never forget my last months in WoW WOTLK, I was a group though the random group finder in the forge of souls heroic. The last boss fight you have to stop your damage dealing or risk killing another player. One person in are goup was a pretty well raid geared wouldn't bother to stop dps for a few seconds during the mirror damage and the mirrored damage ended up on me and killing me:(. Then the guy posts recount and calls me a scurb.
This is what addons can do in the wrong hands.
[QUOTE="HavocEbonlore"]Perfect xplanation... specially the McDonalds description. Very true, you one thing I forgotten is how much bioware is putting into the story of TOR that could be something that may tip the balance in there favor not everyone that plays WoW is a raider or pvper. I did mostly questing and crafting. If ToR is still except pre orders on monday when I get some money I will be jumping on board. Heres to hoping TOR is more like cheeseburger in paradise then McDonalds. I love that place.I don't think it's that they're not given time to mature, I think it's because the MMO formula is stale and has no more room to grow. WoW was perfectly timed when people were waiting for the next-gen MMOs, and it made an impact when it arrived and evolved from there. It's refined and represents MMO mechanics used to their fullest while appealing to a diverse audience. And let's not forget customer loyalty and Blizzard's clever marketting strategies.
Nothing will top WoW because the MMO formula in general is rudementary and very simplistic, and that leaves very little room for innovation. WoW represents the pinnacle of that formula and anything that attempts to top it will just come off as a clone. It is the McDonalds of the MMO genre.

I don't know but looking at the Trooper gameplay from E3 he's clicking hotkey. Maybe I'm wrong wouldnt be the first time. I'm gonna check into the Comic con Video.
Edit: Dang 53min long better get a drink
what made WoW so successful was that it was a very casual mmo rpg compered to EQ. With little to no grind and much faster paced combat it was like cake to people.
But the problem now is everyone wants to make a mmorpg but It cost alot of money to do this and this end up with publishers wanting devlopers to make WoW clones which just never ends well unless its free to play like LOTRO.
This brings me to Star Wars TOR from my point of view and what little they put out of video of the game it looks WoW with lightsabers and ships and plenty of voice acting. Or just another Hotkey based MMORPG.
One of the reasons I quit WoW was because I was just tired of it and feel I'm having more fun with DCUO at least until TERA comes out. I like those better since they feel more like an action game then hotkey MMORPG
I'm hoping TERA shakes the foundation like WoW did to everquest. Starwars TOR doesn't look like its gonna do that. All the voice acting in the world can't cover up an old combat system.
