For the first year of the PS4s life cycle Sony hard core fans were crying "We have the most powerful system, who cares if exclusives are the main reason consoles exist". Now when the Xbox One X is out and Sony has great exclusives you are saying," Exclusives are the main reason consoles exist, who cares if the XBOX One X is the most powerful system. LOL Just need to get more consistent. Or just admit you are a hardcore fan and will stick with one console.
I bought both consoles and found I was using my XBOX one way more due to the operating system being so intuitive and traded my PS for a second XBOX. Where other people might like the simplicity of the PS operating system as Sony is not primarily an operating system company.
@Xristophoros: Yes I think so. Time will tell as new games come out. Everyone knows PC always needs the extra overhead to cover all the background windows and kernels running. So a 9 Terflop Computer GPU equates on par with a 4-5 Terflop console. That is always how it has been. Feedback from developers who have been programming for the Xbox One X and digital Foundary have found that when a game is optimized the X, on paper it is about a 1070 GTX spec and 16GB or Ram which can run 4K on many games. In real world scenarios however it is always found that a console edition is above the paper spec due to optimization.
@hardcoregamer1: People who need the best and most powerful system and who have a 4K TV will be buying the X. IF you don't have a 4K TV you will just get top not Anti aliasing(Supersampling) at 1080P.
My 4K TV will finally be used at 4k with all the bells and whistles of textures, particle effects and a more stable frame rate. The power difference between the XBox One X and PS4 Pro is substantial! The only ones who say otherwise are major fanboys.
@Xristophoros: Wrong, Xbox one x is 30% more powerful. If developers want they could pump it to 4k everytime which the PS4 Pro can not do. But they will not because it costs money and time to create a different set of textures and features for every resolution.
No! bad Bungie! Focus on giving us a full game in the first place. I am not buying this game until i have seen reviewers say that the content matches the price tag. IF not.... No sale here Bungie. Expansions are supposed to be just that, EXPANSIONS, not if you buy the expansion you get the full game!!!
Sony is not a software company and that has always been their weakness.... A poorly written operating system for the Playstation. Whenever I use my PS4 the main system firmware always feels so bare and featureless compared to my XBOX.
Sorry Destiny and Bungie. I can not trust you right now. Destiny 1 was so devoid of content it was not even funny. They announced that, "Once you get to max lvl in destiny it will open up the whole game, giving us untold content.", So I ground to max lvl and found out once I got there that the game came to a dead stop and did not open up more content. It actually shut down and only gave you one thing to do, play PVP. Until the "Pay me more money" expansion pack came out. The expansion really should have been part of the main game to make it feel like a full game. Sorry I am still bitter at Bungie for the trick they pulled on me two years ago.
