Her main criticism seems to be that she died during a boss battle, and had to do it again right? Surely that's the purpose of a boss battle, to be challenging, and frustrating. I understand this woman is under time constraints with her job, but it's ridiculous. Plus, if you are 'leaving no stone unturned' you should be finding hearts and gold bones all the time outside of boss battles. I would understand you arguing that this game is too easy, not the contrary.
