I like my Xbone :) Dont see why PS4 owners rag on xbone (and vice versa). If the highlight of your day is trying to prove you have the superior console, then you really need to get out more and find better hobbies.

getting a ps4 soon for Persona 5 and Disgaea, so will let people know my opinion (though I doubt anyone cares :) )

Some of these lists are awesome, and reminded me of so many i had long forgotten:

Heres mine (disclaimer: I might have forgotten a lot)

Secret of Mana

Lost Odyssey

Final Fantasy 9 (I will probably be alone with that)

Persona 3

Persona 4 (think i prefer 3 though)

Wild Arms (1 psx version)

Heroes of Might and Magic 3 (whoever said this is a legend! love this game even today!)

Disgaea (I think 3 maybe? the one where his dad has deleted his video game saves)

Fallout 3

Hybrid heaven (though i think if i played it now, i wouldnt like it as much...)

Really want to include eternal sonata, but the ending let it down....

Honestly, I must have blinked and missed all this.. I know there's 'fan boys' ragging on each others consoles, but I put that down to children trying to justify their purchase to the rest of the world (when the rest of the world really doesnt care, apart from the same people alike who bought the other console). The rest just want to play games. Case in point being Bayonetta 2. How many people were upset the game got a 10 just because it wasnt on the xbone or ps4?

Then there is the internet culture, when if you dont like something, you HAVE to let the world know in the most uninspiring way possible ("Nintendo sucks, its for kids etc"), I guess we are all guilty of doing it at some point, but I try when I dont like something, i try and justify it.

That being said, this internet hate culture is nothing that isnt new to me. Its been going on for years. I dont get it and I dont like it, but why has it become a focal point all of a sudden? Did i miss something major?

After playing Skyrim for about a year now, I tried to pick back up my old favorite Zelda: OOT...I couldn't even try to get into it. Even worse, when I tried to start my adventure on Skyward Sword, I lost interest halfway through. Zelda, believe it or not, has this Pokemonesque complex of everything being mapped out similarly (grammar?) to older versions. It has a structure to it that just limits what you can be, and I've really lost interest in it. I believe Zelda is becoming a "fancy" title, similar to Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts. Pokemon's in there, too, but it has properties similar to games like Mario Kart. "Fancy" is basically a game passing because of how good it looks or a fan just diggin' the new garb of a character (in my dictionary, I guess). Any thoughts on your experiences or reasons why it's still a thing?DuskullLives
To each their own, I still occasionally pick up A Link to the Past and run through it. I still crave to play ocarina of time, but Ive done the starting bit so many times that I struggle to power through. I constantly would like to play through it all again, but just cant be bothered with the deku tree and then going to the princess. If i cold start after there i would be fine :) But i digress, fancy title does seem a fair way of putting it. As time goes by, less and less people will be interested in the games, and I imagine one day, i will forgert about its existence. Hopefully, I will get another random craving to play ocarina of time and stick with it! (Also i still have this with FF9 and Lost Odyssey)
