Im not really impressed on what this system can do.  There were a bunch of conematics, but no gameplay, or tech demos, etc.  Interesting to see what it can do with the kinect, etc.  However, I do believe that an online-always system would have to be required to access all the features they showed, especially if you can watch tv, and possibly use the system as a DVR.  Also if you can play your games anywhere, you would need always-online, and a broadband connection, which is something a lot of people have, but a lot of people still dont.  It seems that they are moving more away from games and trying to be the center of your entertainment, hence the name ONE.  I didnt like the comparisons in the call of duty video, because they showed the models in game, with background, etc from Modern Warfare 3, then showed the model rendered by the Xbox, which is a biased comparison, because there is more focus on the model with the one than with the 360.  Given enough time, any current gen system can render the same as a next gen.
