Everything you said is true but what people are saying about download speeds I haven't really noticed, they don't seem any better to me. Let's put it down plainly XBL is better then PSN, just not $60 better. That's why I won't be renewing my membership.

Be a surprise and then a little disapointed because i think Red Dead deserves it. It wouldn't bother me much though because i actually think Black Ops is a really good game that should be nominated at least.

Fumito Ueda's games are works of art, Ico got 90% on Metacritic and Shadow of the Colossus has a 91%, I'm guessing The Last Guardian has taken so long to come out because he wants it to be perfect when it does. Regardless though of critical success, I wonder if people will bother to play it, Ico and Shadow of the Colossus didn't come close to getting the sales they deserved.lamprey263

Pretty sure SotC did a million which is successful. Any way why do system wars people care so much about 8 or 9s? like it's been already said, SotC is one of the greatest games of last generation and it didn't even get a 9.

I guess it's Uncharted>Gears>Mass Effect for me. I know Mass Effect is loved by so many people but I honestly couldn't get past the first three hours of the original, it just bored me to much even if it got better. Gears is good but is overrated, the multiplayer just isn't my thing and it's almost common knowledge that Uncharted has better singleplayer so those are my justifications.

anyway.. MGS is a much bigger franchise that started with nintendo.

You're post doesn't make much sense in some areas but I will say having different races and religions is better than one race to rule a country. Different ideals and beliefs from different cultures will help their society move further. Japan is probably a odd example as they aren't multicultural but have a highly developed country technologically. Unfortunately their inability to bring in different views from different cultures has impeded on other things in their society like the justice system there or just even expression for things like games where they have started to falter in creativity.
