There's a new E3 demo from Gamespot: http://e3.gamespot.com/video/6212016/ There's nothing really that noteworthy about the demo itself, but at the end, when asked about the release date, the guy said 'early fall', not fall. I know it's not huge news, but a month or so earlier might make the wait more bearable :D
If they did that in the US we would have people outraged about encouraging kids to go to McDonalds... I'm not saying that all DS players are kids, but that's what would happen :S
I'm still clueless about this game. I'll have to wait until it comes out to see what it's all about.

Like God + skateboard + shotgun versus Cthulu.

Just think, the more we wait, the more obscure words they can add. Like 'plumbob' wasn't in the E3 demo when someone was playing it. One of the developers saw it, sent a text message, and then told them that it would be in the final game. So the longer you wait, the better it gets. At least that's what I keep telling myself.... :(

Nothing. Those aren't nouns. Actually, they're both nouns, but abstract. I would say that abstract nouns are out, but I heard an example of 'internet' spawning a computer. So maybe it'll spawn a communist or whatever (closest concrete noun).
Here's a thread I just made with links to gameplay videos: Link I bet that this is DS GotY, and if they can put it in a genre it will be that GotY, and it would be overall GotY if there wasn't a unwritten rule that handheld games can't be GotY. Or maybe that's just wishful thinking :]

I live in Grand Rapids, MI, the armpit of the US. I think the other armpit is Detroit T_T Also, I just looked at the E3 website, you have to show your direct and current ties to the video game industry in order to register.
I think it would be cool to have a remake, but a proper sequel would be better. I do like the Mario and Luigi series, but it's just not the same as Mario RPG.
