The 60 -> 30 fps makes sense because with the 3d on, it has to output two screens rather than one, which requires twice the power, therefore halving the fps.

I'm having a lot of fun with this. I'm actually enjoying it more than SSF IV. It's fun going for 100% completion. I also thought SSF IV was a very good game.

but is it possible that they could maintain the fps in 3d mode even it cost a alot of power? im starting to doubt the the power of 3ds

MGS3 in 3d. mgs 2,3 and peace walker in HD. Im pretty sure there is an obvious difference in there, i can seem to know the difference especially when you turn on the 3d

what bothers me is that in 3d mode it drops the frame rate of 60 to 30. Do you think they have done this on purpose or its just that the 3ds is short to maintain constant framerate? then perhaps the 3ds is not powerful enough
